  1. hello guys. i need help. i might have low testosteron..i work out for over
    a year now got nice amount of muscles….but i have some problems. 1.st im
    rarely horny (like once per week, if i dont force myself), i dont have that
    hard erections, i feel tired most of the time. migght i have low test ? btw
    im 17 years old almost 18

    sleep 8-10hrs in a cool dark room. Stay positive upbeat, stay away from
    processed food, limit or avoid alcohol and caffeine. and stay away from
    negative influences. And last but not least lift heavy weights!!!!!

      right,I just wouldn’t make it a number one priority. 😉

  4. hey im 20 year old male, with low sex drive, my tesosterone level came back
    470 ng/dl, doctor doesn’t believe i have low tesosterone, but i had
    testicle injury 4 years ago , and ever since felt less sexual arousal,
    somebody tell what to do plz…

    1. That’s pretty low for your age. But usually a doctor won’t give a script
      for anything over 400. Now if it was between 200 and 400 then you wouldn’t
      have a problem getting a script for test. My advice is go to another
      doctor. Tell them you have low sex drive and you’d like your levels checked
      and are interested in TRT. If that doesn’t work and you really feel
      unmotivated, depressed, low sex drive, hard to put on muscle then you could
      always go the other route of using illegal anabolics to bump your levels
      up.But I wouldn’t recommend that.

    3. +rusty13546 sure thing. One more thing you could try is stay up a long time
      and go get you levels checked. Your test levels drop after you’ve been up
      for so long. Like wake up at 6AM and stay up all night and go to the doctor
      the next morning.

      and thats what scares me i dont want to get to having a worse life, just
      because doctor want to be stuborn, i really do appreciate what you have
      said, will think about things for a while before do anything

  6. Raise your testosterone and then have a heart attack! Sat fats aren’t good
    for you …. In moderation obviously it’s ok … Almonds are a healthier
    choice for sat fat over animal meat … I’m getting older so it’s
    important. not toraise your cholesterol too much …

    i dunno sugar consumption seems to be related with low sex drive. believe
    it or not

    1. Fats are important…the right kinds of course. But timing is everything.
      Post workout meals should be heavy in complex carbs and protein dense
      foods, but lower in fat…..that’s all. Eat your healthy fats at breakfast,
      snacks and dinner….egg yolks, avocados, nuts, oils. CC

    Mono-unsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, being of plant origin, contain
    ZERO cholesterol.

  9. some people have high testosterones levels even without exercises , i think
    overeating is the biggest factor of low testosterone levels according to my
    research on myself.
