    what I’m getting from you is I need to pop way more pills is that right? 

  2. I have read article in wich they said that taking arginine before workout
    in fact inhibits gh relase. Without arginine your gh peak during workout
    achieve about 300 – 500% its regular value, and with arginine intake it
    will reach ‘only’ 200% max. These research could be find on pubmed…
    However, taking arginine before sleep seems like a good idea…

  5. just have a diet with decent amount of protein which isnt hard and exersize
    protein shakes do help….. hell you dont evne have to run just lift
    lifting is fun anyways

  8. I’m not even gonna pretend to an “L-Arginine expert”, but I did experience
    some really positive and almost life saving results, from taking
    L-Arginine. I was somewhere around 16 years old at the time, and was
    suffering from a really bad kidney infection. Literally, less than 48 hours
    after taking L-Arginine, my kidney infection seemed to radically improve.
    Not sure if it was just pure coincidence, the timing, or just a placebo
    effect…but I seriously think that it cleared up my kidney problems. My
    doctor even seemed somewhat baffled. It was never confirmed if L-Arginine
    was responsible, but it seemed very coincidental. I maintained taking
    L-Arginine for about two months, and my kidney problems never returned.

    course helpful, the one doubt i have is that whether to take 2-5 grams of l
    arginine two time’s a day i.e before workout & before bedtime in a day or
    should we have take only one time in a day i.e either before workout or
    before bedtime.. please give a reply ASAP. also am 21 and am taking around
    3 grams/day of l arginine hcl is that enough to release hgh.

  11. I am taking the L-Arginine Extra (Doctor Recommended Supplement) found on
    Amazon. The recommended dose is 3 capsules (taken all at once), but my
    stomach doesn’t agree with that dose. Gives me diarrhea. So I reduced the
    dose to 2 capsules. Stomach still grumbles loudly even after only taking
    two, but no diarrhea. It does seem to have an affect on my appetite,
    though–almost never feel hungry.
