    for last 2 years, bad insomnia, ive tried everything from anti-depressants

      yourself at risk of sleeping disorders. Eventually, your body will forget
      how to sleep on its own. So be careful, and use only in moderation.

    totally sure but oysters have the most omega 3 also but I could be wrong
    about omega 3.
