WORKOUT BREAKDOWN: Complete the following scorch set sequence 3x total. Taking 30 seconds of rest between each scorch set.

Scorch set 1 consists of goblet squats, dumbbell deadlifts and Shoulder tap planks.

Scorch set 2 consists of jump squats, dumbbell push-press, and dumbbell high pulls.

Scorch set 3 consists of alternating dumbbell side lunge taps, piston planks, and step-ups.

    look at the guy on the left…

    1. You think Sean’s face looks like a comedian? Then you should check out Mark
      Bell on his youtube channel supertraining06. Now that guy really does have
      a comedian’s face lol.

    1. yes, I look small, but I go hard on compound exercises and can squat and
      bench press more than other guys who look buff but only do arms and chest
      all the time.

      lift weights in gym and athletics

      has been fine with me benching 50kg lol…

    5. Badly, I hope you have reached your target height because if you lift too
      heavy a weights for your frame, your muscles will be affected negatively.
      If you are small, you will stay tiny, plus those gyms are breaking the law,
      unless you have lied about your age. Try dosimetry research, if you know
      how to do it 😉

  3. Im 12 and i have some belly fat and i play sports so i try to lose it and
    nothing seems to work but i have nice cavs and biceps and triceps. I NEED
    HELP.

  4. I’m 16 and small for my size can you give me advice on how to bulk up and
    get bigger?

    1. Eat clean proteins and work on breaking down your muscles thought weight
      training so that they grow back stronger

    1. force feed yourself up to 5 meals a day of solid nutrient dense food. (not
      1 or 2 actual meals and a bunch of protein shakes / meal replacement crap!
      aka Chinese pixie dust! ) workout a push / pull / push week
      (shoulders/chest on mon. back trap biceps wed legs triceps fri) then pull
      push pull next week (back mon chest shoulders wed biceps legs friday) this
      will give u time to anatomically adapt and ligaments to strengthen and
      avoid injury. DO NOT DO ONE BODY PART PER DAY/SPLIT ROUTINE UNTIL U HAVE
      BEEN TRAINING 6 MONTHS PLUS MINIMUM and have gained some strength and LEAN
      size… other than avoiding getting stale and manipulating nutrition, this
      isn’t rocket science… but supplement companies (Chinese pixie dust
      salesmen)/ fitness “gurus”/drug dealers / gym companies like to make u
      think it is to get ur money…
