  1. I have to say I was pretty sure I was not going to sweat since I’m used to HIIT and weight training and this seemed rather short, but a few minutes after trying it I started sweating! This is definitely a nice little addition to the everyday routine! Specially for those days when I have little to no time 🙂 My mom loved it to BTW

  2. Thanks Doc, We have just retired and I believe that we retired too much, but what to do was the question ! Blood pressure was 220/100 knee’s and all our joints ached severely,

    1/ reduced the size of our food plate.

    2/ We started your exercise regime, slowly and then built up.

    3/ Daily , we take apple cider vinegar with the mother.

    4/ Removed all Pepsi-Max and Bread and potatoes, as in chips.

    5/ reduced our sugar intake down to 15 g per day from 230g.

    3 weeks later I can run up steps where I used to take them 0ne at a time, No more aches and pains, and my B/P is down to 149/90

  8. I’ve been doing this now for 3 months at least twice a day. BP down 30 points, resting HR 60 (down from 75) and I feel GREAT! Thank you so much !
