+THE E-Rich depends on what really gives you those tingles in your head or
down your spine. For me, I find that I can’t get any tingles off of high
pitched whispering. but mouth sounds like lip smacking and low
monotone(like Jason does) will put me to sleep in less then fast minutes
every time.

Jason, I’m certain u realized this, but those Indians fighting the bear
cannot be natural, they are just too lean, and not even prepping for a
show. Their muscles are too full and striated at the same time and their
development is way better than a natural lifter. They must not have optimal
test levels due to how lean they are
