  1. +Brandon Campbell ah I see, it’s prob just a placebo effect because I
definitely notice a vascular difference when I take arginine pre-workout.

    1. +2dor M I buy L-arginine as powder form separately. Nothing else mixed with
it. I just mix it with my daily protein or pre-workout. It definitely has
inproved my vascularity. Maybe not drasticly like other supps but it has
had some affect after I incorporated it to my diet.

    1. +Brandon Campbell
and I have a degree in Botany and Plant Sciences from University of Guelph,
as well as a 4.0 from a tech school, where i graduated with a degree in
automotive machining, engine optimization and tuning, as well as porting
and polishing cylnider heads and such… with a few classes in
fluidynamics, which I fully admit i would never be able to get a degree in
due to too much math lol

not sure what all they have to do with being a “expert” in bro science 😉

I believe that +Vincent Vega got it right… and IMO made ou look like a
fool that reached for some shady credentials to try n prove his arguement
rather then produce any facts, or link to facts

    2. +Syed Ahmad
if Brandon Campbell is the man for you Syed, feel free to fill in his
missing facts etc etc… or lemme guess… youre his classmate at Princeton
      University???

    3. you’re absolutely right, your degree in being a mechanic has nothing to do
with any science at all. not saying this guy actually has a degree in
molecular biology, but at least that degree is in…BIOLOGY.

    4. +ChainsawChristmas
you realize Botany is a biology major right? lol so that would mean
that i too have a degree in biology… just my biology deals with plants..
and yes, you have to take molecular bio as part of a botany course…

    5. the tech school degree was just for personal enrichment, as I race a car
for a hobby… if you want to get technical, Im a Botany major, which IS
BIOLOGY…. and in fact is quite heavy in molecular bio seen as how we have
to know whats going on inside a plant cell in order to keep it healthy etc

  2. +Brandon Campbell so what would you recommend me take if i want some good
doses of nitric oxide to help my over all health and get better blood flow
to stop me always feeling so tired

  3. So if you get it in liquid form , make it so and or put it under your
tonque , then your mucous membranes should absorb it into your bloodsream
and avoid your digestive system so essentially it should work? i got some
sarsaparilla(smilax &deer antler , very strong natural testosterone
booster) years ago and did it under my tongue . I had results after
    1month…

  4. A vasodilator but not really significant like nitro glycerin does
vasodilation but not significant vs person to person

    1. nitroglycerin is a Vasodilator used for Angina and Miocardial Infarction,
you shouldn’t be using it as a workout supplement

    2. A friend of mine swallowed a glass of nitro and blew his house and family
up. The land is now cleared and the block going for auction next month at a
good price despite locals still finding bits of his wife all over the place.

  5. +Brandon Campbell Thanks for this video. I have one question though, you
talk about L-Arginine and I did some research and in fact you are right but
I was taking BSN Nitrix 2.0 (Advertised: Muscle Fullness, Vascularity and
Pumps) and honestly it gave me good pumps, L-Citrulline is the main
ingredient in that one. Would really like to know what you think about that
    amino acid.

    1. Citrilline is a known vasodilator too. It’s found in watermelons,
cantaloupes and other fruits. Perhaps that’s what aided in the pumps?

    2. +Shaun Mason Music citrulline gets any supplement through the stomach and
small intestines without it being destroyed. citrulinne should be used
right before or mixed with your sups

  6. I used C4 a some while ago … and the only thing I felt while drinking it
the first weeks, was that feeling all around your body that feels weird but
it wasnt making any difference. It was actually making me feel so weird and
    just a little bit HYPE…

I was going to use nítric oxide but then i realized its just not for me…
now all i have to research is for the other product that supposuley goes
with this and its called Anabolic Rx24…

    1. +thelastoneontheplane Yes … I have a lady that uses it and she feels
      there’s a increase in cardiovascular capacity .

    1. +Godsraptor That’s just it man, I take one too and my veins increase in
size and I get way better pumps in the gym. So whether science explains it
or it’s just a placebo it still works for some people.

    2. +Godsraptor I have no technical knowledge of N.O or much expertize in body
building but I sure can feel a difference when I take this supplement.

It is like I have reserves of energy at my disposal that simply were not
there before. I do not know its actual intended use but for someone who is
in terrible shape like myself it sure makes for a difference of being
motivated to get into a proper routine because it takes the “chore” part
      out of it.

In addition it makes me feel fresh, awake but not edgy, for hours after the
workout. I am rather surprised that the majority of videos on this are of
the nature as the one above.

It is good to see comments like yourself because viewing enough of these
might lead one to be thinking that you are imagining things 🙂

  7. That 30g study you reference sounds like total bullshit but then again
plenty of studies do. N.O. BOOSTERS ARE THE GATEWAY STEROID and they
technically might even be the ‘First Legal Steroid’ or at least that’s what
kid’s of today will be saying 10-20 years from now. Arginine can be quite
tricky to dose accurately but IT DOES (it can) without any doubt have
beneficial effects. The real SCAM with Arginine in any form is that you’re
likely taking it w/o a thorough knowledge of how it can be useful vs how it
can be a detriment. And that is because, as I just mentioned in your ‘3
Supp Scams’ vlog Brandon, it’s being sold @ Target and Wal-Mart and in the
“most affordable” range! I’ll go ahead and repeat myself for the benefit of
the kids: Arginine is THE %/bw drug..if you take 50-75% bodyweight not only
will you get some real vascular improvement you should also be able to
trigger several levels of strength gains…if you take 100%+ then your
veins are going to pop out all over the place and your muscles are going to
rip up with striations like a bodybuilder and you might not even want that.
More importantly if you go past 100% and you don’t yet have any muscle to
speak of YOU ARE IN REAL DANGER, you actually have to have some muscle for
arginine to truly work effectively so max.@20% over several weeks which is
probably closer to 20-25g ehh Brandon?! I can only imagine how easy it is
for teenagers to get their hands on two or three bottles (180-270g) without
even knowing what’s going to happen…
    WELL NOW YOU KNOW!!!!

  8. i take 4 grams a day seems to work well for my pump, i have veins where you
    have tattoo, like veins better

    1. I have tattoos where he has tattoos but my veins are big enough to clearly
      be seen. Lol

  9. I’m halfway through the video and he has yet to present any factual info,
    not a good sign

  10. As with ALL supplements. They effect everyone different. NO works for me
and I notice a huge difference when I’ve not taken it. I started down the
supplement path in 1989. I’ve taken a ton and see it all in that time.
First started creatine in 1994, etc… Anyway, take anyone’s “opinion” as
just that and try it yourself. Take it long enough to notice a difference
or not. Then you’ll know the correct path to take afterwards.

    1. +Brandon Campbell Like I said. Everybody can say everything sucks as far as
I’m concerned ., lol. Lord knows I’ve tried and bought countless over the
      decades that did nothing.

  11. Arginine simply metabolizes to agmatine which is an active metabolite,
responsible for Arginine’s therapeutic effect. It is far better to take
    agmatine.
I really couldn’t see a positive benefit when taking arginine but agmatine
has allowed me to use less opiates to control neuropathic pain. If I can
see an effect at a dose of 1g where I get the same therepeutic effect from
half my usual dose of percocet, then Agmatine is definitely active with
    oral dosing.
I am guessing that there is not sufficient arginine-agmatine conversion in
the gut and thus arginine is not effective.
Planning to convert my large stock of useless arginine to agmatine. Simple
decarboxylation is all that is required – heating in an oven for a time
should do the trick. If anyone knows how long and what temperature, please
    let me know.

  12. “i use N.O products and get a pump, what do you say about that?”

christ almighty. have people forgotten you can get the most insane pumps
without even touching a supplement lol. Volume will ALWAYS give you a pump
    ya knobs
