  1. Dude you don’t know what you’re talking about. 2 things come to mind 1. How
    old were the participants in the study. Because I can tell you after the
    age of 30 it hard to get those pumps like you did in high school and this
    supplement really helps. 2. I do Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and AKG has really
    enhanced my performance. So while it may not be good for body building it’s
    awesome for BJJ.

  2. I find that AAK does increase the “pump”. That is no placebo effect. On the
    subject of the placebo effect, is there anything wrong with that? If you’re
    getting bigger and stronger from taking something — even if it’s just in
    your head — I don’t see the problem with that. It’s an expensive way to
    gain a mental edge, but if it works, go for it!

  3. L-arginine lowered my blood pressure. which is my goal. it has been working
    for a year now and I feel excellent!

    what other supplementation do you recommend for pumping and vascularity ?!

  5. Sure thing! Vascularity is achieved through low body fat, and an increased
    blood flow to the specific area (it’s the body’s NATURAL response to
    increase blood flow to the working tissue to provide oxygen and nutrients
    as well as take away CO2 and lactic acid that build up in the tissue). The
    N.O. supplements (while the theory is nice) isn’t going to do much in
    providing vasodilation (where the smooth muscle around the blood vessels
    relax thereby increasing their diameter). Hope this helps!

  6. Saying L-arginine is redundant fyi, all amino acids in the body in the levo
    isomer. That’s like saying D-glucose instead of glucose.

  8. Hello, I have heard L-Arginine can lower your blood pressure and glad to
    see it’s worked for you. Question- Did you stack with CO Q 10 or any other
    Vitamin? How much Arginine did you take per day (5G)? When did you take the
    L-Arginine (AM or PM)? What brand did you have sucess with? Please respond

  9. L-Arginine Alpha Ketogluturate works wonders dude! It may have not worked
    foryou in the past or for the people in the double blind study. What works
    for one doesn’t always work for everyone. All bodies are different. It
    works great for me, enough said!

  10. AAKG may not have benefits scientifically proven by studies, but I just
    felt what it does. Combined witha proper training program, it gives you
    enormous, humangous pumps in the gym. IDGAF if it helps me to build muscle,
    or if it has any science based benefits, but I can tell you that this stuff
    makes your workouts even better and mor enjoyable. Don’t forget that the
    power of the mind is stronger than everything and if you belive that this
    stuff helps you, then it’ll help you whatever your goal is.

  11. Better circulatory system does not give stronger muscles.. well maybe..
    this is like saying high gauge wiring does dot give your car extra
    horsepower. That is exactly correct. But a healthy car is a good starting
    point for any type of modification.
