  7. Look i hate to say this but there isn’t any way to naturally boost your
    testosterone levels. Doesn’t happen. Where are the studies? Where is the
    proof?

    Injecting testosterone is the ONLY way to do it.

    1. +Mark Richardson WRONG…I use DHEA and Progesterone Cream and have seen my
      testosterone increase from 210 to 650 ..verified by hormone testing. I used
      to inject that crap until I learned a much better and safer way.

    2. + Mark Richardson i’m not an old veteran bodybuilder i just started 2 years
      ago when i was at age 45 i trained the 1st year with bodybuilding routine
      and i got a better shape and good muscles, but when i trained powerlifting
      the 2nd year which focuses in only the 3 lifts : squats, deadlift and bench
      press training to reach my personal record with a very intense and hard
      heavy lifting trainnig. my shape changed a lot to be like a bull with more
      strength and more male looks and feeling .. i’m sure that my testosterone
      boosted high with such training which is mentioned in the video

  8. Eat steaaak!,oyster’s,broccoli,Eggs,banana’s,Red Chilies,Have Sex,Get more
    sleep 8-10hrs in a cool dark room. Stay positive upbeat, stay away from
    processed food, limit or avoid alcohol and caffeine. and stay away from
    negative influences. And last but not least lift heavy weights!!!!!
