  1. Dude… you are 53? You look 63. I older than you and feel like I am
    looking at my dad. Also I know the point is to at some point get some money
    out of people watching these videos, but this old hat method of marketing
    doesn’t work anymore. Get to the point quickly, give us something of value
    and maybe we will buy. At this point and after watching 3 videos, I am not
    buying anything.

  2. I am a Dr. and have an interest in nutritional science. If you avoid fats,
    you’ll be substituting carbs. Carbs stimulate Insulin which promotes fat
    deposition, and inhibits breakdown and use of fats. Insulin also promotes
    water retention. Also you need fats which are the building blocks for
    hormones like testosterone. Low Fat diets are a lie. Read or search for
    Gary Taubes. Getting older doesn’t mean you have to be fat. I’m 53 and fit
    and getting younger women. It takes more discipline, but its worth it to be
    in the top 1% of our age group.
