  1. Recommending 5000-10000 IUs of Vitamin D is really not prudent. I am a
    geriatric physician and I have seen a few cases of hypervitaminosis D with
    people taking that much. Levels do need to be checked.

    1. Where in the video did he recommend 5000-10000IUs? He touched point on
      toxicity being low and 10000IU to be the safe limit, with 2000-5000IUs
      being the reliable/recommended dose.

    2. around 4:40 , “10,000 IU is a safe upper limit” ( to avoid toxicity ). i
      have seen toxicity with much less.

    3. That’s fine. He is still not recommending 5-10k IUs. He was simply
      mentioning that it is the upper safe limit, he did not say to take that
      amount as a reliable dose.

      pretty odd.
