What Is The Best Testosterone Booster?

To put it simply, testosterone is the single most important muscle building hormone in your entire body. The higher your natural test levels are, the faster and more efficiently you'll gain muscle.

Because of this, supplement companies have come out with an endless number of different "test boosters" designed to raise your natural testosterone levels for improved gains.

But do testosterone boosters work? If so, what is the best testosterone booster on the market?

You'll find many products in this category, including tribulus, DAA (d-aspartic acid), maca, fenugreek, avena sativa, ZMA and longjack. However, the truth on these "natural testosterone boosters" is simple: none of them have ever been shown in reliable research to raise test levels high enough to positively influence muscle growth or training performance.

It's important to realize here that increasing testosterone on its own is NOT enough. A small increase of a few % here and there might look interesting on paper, but in order for that to actually benefit you in the gym, you'd need a large increase of several hundred percent or more, which at the moment can only be achieved through the use of actual anabolic steroids.

Testosterone boosting herbs and vitamins are nothing more than a marketing ploy. They might have a small positive effect on overall libido, but in terms of directly influencing muscle growth, they're next to useless.

The "best testosterone booster" out there is simply hard training in the gym, good sleeping habits and a well balanced diet that contains an adequate amount of fat. Don't bother wasting your money on pills and powders that claim to raise testosterone to above-normal levels, as there isn't a single shred of evidence to suggest that they're actually worth spending your hard earned money on.

  1. Hey I am not sure if you have done this already but have you done a video
on bcaa’s? I think your videos are professional, informative and concise.
    Keep them coming. New sub

  2. Sure is right. before I started eating right it didn’t matter how much I
exercised my abs were still jello. btw!but ye I heard that most of the
celebrities used to follow to kill their belly using this 7 food items. get
    to know here bit.ly/1gc4Cs9?=ovmpp

  3. My husband said the same thing on BodyBuildn.com and got banned for saying
that lol but it is true. Supplement companies exploit theses natural guys
that won’t use roids but looking for an alternative , fact is there is no
alternative. Work with what you got or replace it with a synthetic
substance. These are your only 2 choices .

    1. Absolutely agree 100% …I find this type of exercising to be perfect for
my age group, 50+ and it really keeps you trim and fit. What also helped me
a lot is *vunatia handbook for testosterone*. Highly recommended!

  4. hcg. Not much reseach it actually raise your natural level. But it does
speed recovery of testosterone post cycle.

  5. Some herbs have changed my life for the better; others have needlessly
drained my bank account and ended up in the trash disposal. Buyer beware.

  6. i eat every product known to boost test levels, i also take DHEA,DIM
TRIBULUS HORNY GOAT WEED,TAKE CATERPILLAR EXTRACT.
Do not take the caterpillar stuff if you not have a woman you might pull
    something off
Testosterone went from 800 to over 1500 so something works

    1. +steve o it is no lie,my test level are above that of average men my age
but again i eat, food that help, just eat han full of walnuts and a few
other nut and a berry smoothly, , will have some eggs and a banana and off
to the gym after a sun bath

    2. +steve o
steve, did you get blood work done?
1500 is impressive for a natty guy.
you are natty? or you tale test?

    1. +Sean Nalewanyj
thanks for the guide sean. it’s great you are pointing out what’s important
and what not to waste your money on. I agree and have been on board with
those basics. the d3 I started this year @5000iu. and I like it alot. I
also got on board with additional zinc and magnesium that I probably didn’t
need 20 years ago, but now feel plenty good on passing on your
recommendation. for a couple bucks it’s totally worth it in your 40s
      thanks again

  7. sorry man.don’t mean to bash you page but you don’t know what your talking
about. fenugreek is a natural testosterone buster and it builds muscle and
    increases sex drive too.

    1. +Wane Frame There is zero evidence that any natural testosterone boosters
on the market increase test levels to a high enough range that would
positively increase muscle growth/fat loss to a measurable degree.
Increasing libido, yes. Raw bottom line muscle growth, no.

    2. +Sean Nalewanyj the true question is have you tried any? that’s how you
disprove something not saying something isn’t real. do a simple test and
the expose the truth. not the sinthetic stuff but try something simple like
fenugreek or maca and then make your assessment. but all you’ve said is
there is no research. which is not true. be honest and unbiest and you will
      fine truth.

    3. I am of indian decent, and take it from me, fenugreek over time will
actually increase your estrogen levels. It inhibits testosterone from
converting into DHT (a much more potent form of test). In doing so, your
free test levels increase, and your estrogen levels will also increase to
sustain balance. That is why fenugreek is considered a hormone booster, not
just a test booster. When you stop taking it, you will know what I am
talking about. Be weary of anything that increases libido, they are almost
      always associated with phyto-estrogens.

    4. +lankz thank you sir for backing me up on this one! And I’m sure that’s why
the karma sutra came out of India.

  8. Really love your channel and congrats on almost hitting 75K subs. Was
wondering if you have any plans on doing a video on SARMs/Prohormones
anytime in the future. Seems like all the young guys are spending a boat
load of cash on these products and many are blind to what these things do.
Back when I got into training, it was creatine, protein shakes and nitric
oxide (yeah we were naive) that were the staples of lifting or steroids if
you went down that path, but they were hush hush and not readily available
to the younger guys. Nowadays, I see teens at the gym talking about and
popping these things like they are nothing serious. I feel that a lot of
these kids could seriously be messing up their bodies because they think
just because it is currently legal, it must be safe. Just wanted your take.
Love your vids on supplements and your honest opinion on the topic. Thanks,
    man.
