  5. Hey Scott! I was wondering if taking sleeping twice a day (say 4 hours
    each) would be equivalent to a full 8 hour sleep cycle? Would this lower my
    T count as opposed to a full sleep cycle?

    also reduce estrogen 30% very popular product but soes it work? I tried too
    and felt like it had good effect but is it placebo?:-(
