So, how/why does this boost testosterone?
We boost T levels with our diet, exercise and with outside assistance
(prescription meds). Since this is not about nutrition or meds, it comes
down to intense forms of exercise that have been proven to raise hormone
levels…namely muscle building anabolic hormones. Heavy weights do this
but so does HIIT style training or anything that requires quick bursts of

is that not bad for knees, I’m a dancer and want to avoid injury !
It could be if you have any underlying issues related to strength and
stability. You know your body better than anyone else so you need to make
that decision if this workout could be beneficial to you. With that said
always start light and do a few reps and see how your body responds. Of
course warm up properly and then progress carefully through this workout.
If you feel any pain or have a difficult time performing any movements then
you know you need an alternative movement so you don’t screw up your knees.
