Sex is an activity that a lot of people view in terms of pleasing one's self and that's it. At first it's an exciting form of art that we feel is important, but after a while it's not as exciting and we use it as a quick activity to relieve our desire.
Getting better at sex and lasting longer is really quite simple. Just like anything else, the secret is taking it a little more seriously and simply practicing it.

1. Kegel exercises. These exercises help to tighten muscles that are responsible for ejaculatory control. The more you work these muscles out the more control you have in how soon you ejaculate. This also helps for erectile dysfunction, going to the bathroom too often. To do these exercises you first have to find the muscle. Next time you pee, try stopping mid flow. That flexing you used to stop peeing, is the same flexing you need to practice. Flex the muscle daily. Flex the muscle for 5 seconds and release. Do this for 10 minutes a day, and it will do you wonders.

2. Stop Masturbating with the purpose of releasing as quickly as possible. When you masturbate, try lasting up to 15 minutes before ejaculating. It's more difficult than you think. When masturbating have the woman's orgasm in mind, not your own. This will help you focus on the more important thing, which is pleasing the woman, and it will help you keep your mind off ejaculating.

3. Don't think of having an orgasm during sex. When you think of finishing, that's exactly what will happen. Focus on something else like pleasing your partner. Focus on her curves, her body, and what's going on at the moment.

4. Foreplay for much longer. Focusing on foreplay helps to keep you cool and in control of your excitement. When you're overly excited, there's a much higher chance of you bursting.
