Simple, Manly Way To Boost Testosterone Levels

Hey, it's Adam Armstrong here

And in this 8 minute video, I'm gonna talk to you about a simple, manly way to INCREASE your testosterone levels.

It's 100% SAFE and NATURAL too.

Can you guess what it is?

I'll tell you…

It's STRENGTH training.

Not only will correct strength training make you STRONGER, add muscle to your body and make you look like more of a MAN…

It'll also boost your testosterone – leading to HARDER erections, a higher sex-drive and increased confidence.

Watch the video to learn more.

Simple guidelines for successful strength training:

– Train 3 times per week

– Focus on big, multi-compound exercises such as squats, deadlifts, presses, rows and pull ups

– Do 1-5 reps per set

– Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

– Stay relatively fresh – do not 'kill yourself' during each workout. Instead, 'live to fight another day.'

  1. Hey Adam,

I must say that I am BLESSED to have a body that contours quickly, meaning
that when I work out for a just a week, it looks as though I’ve been in the
gym for a month! I absolutely love exercise and strength training – as
you’ve said, it’s the fastest, safest, and most surefire way to boost
testosterone naturally … and it is truly a joy to be in your 40s – 50s
and look and feel as though you’re in your 30s!!!!!

Another regimen I implement is that I walk at least a mile a day, which is
not just great for your brain and heart, but for your overall bodily
functions, including our “mini fire-hose.” I have male friends (who are
like brothers) who feel that “exercise is not for them” and as a result,
have stomachs that are a cross between Fred Flintstone and Ralph Kramden
(LOL)!!!!! I remember a relocation celebration we had for a buddy of ours
and his wife, as they were getting ready to move to Australia, and I had
drawn the ATTENTION (not intentionally of course) of most of the guys wives
and girlfriends – to the point where they were all “touchy-feely” (about my
arms mostly), and wanted to converse with ME specifically!!!!! I had to
somehow “redirect” them back to their men! I even had one buddy’s 21 year
old daughter “staring me down!” I don’t say this to brag – this is just how
    it was!

Interestingly, between my testosterone levels being somewhat higher than
normal, and radiating an aura of sexual confidence (thanks to studying your
material), it’s like these women can literally “feel, read, and sense” it
    WITHIN me! GREAT STUFF!

So my fellow brethren, LISTEN to Adam, get in the gym, get that strength
training going, and TRUST ME, not only will you LOOK and FEEL better, women
WILL flock to you like bees to honey!!!!!

    1. +Eugene Mullings Be grateful for having that kinda body Eugene! There are
some guys who can workout for years – and get really FIT and STRONG – but
never really LOOK that GOOD. Most guys will look great though – if they
      train hard and eat well.

Walking is great exercise for sure.

High testosterone doesn’t just equal HARD erections and great sex-drive –
but also CONFIDENCE too. So I think that’s what your experiencing! 😉

    2. +Adam Armstrong YESSSSS! EXTREMELY GRATEFUL – for my body type, and for ALL
aspects of my life – and when it comes to CONFIDENCE, I can, even at this
moment, feel it SOARING through my MIND, BODY, and SPIRIT!

What’s funny, is that my ex-wife who I’ve remained on a friendly basis
with, now WANTS to get back together in the worst way – but because she
cheated on me, I refuse to do so. Now, I realize she had every “right” to
because of my giving her really BAD sex at the time – however, I remember
clearly telling her that “one day she’ll REGRET it,” and that I will not
only LEARN, but MASTER all there is when it cums to truly PLEASING women!

Since our divorce, she’s had one BAD date after another because these guys
simply do NOT have a clue! She is aware that I’m seeing two other women,
but her “desperation” has gotten to the point where she “just wants to be
on my TEAM!!!!!” I may let her in just a bit – but I’ll have to think about
      it! (LOL)

This whole journey continues to be just AWESOME!

    3. I think being GRATEFUL on a consistent basis is one of the keys to a happy
and successful life. Keep up the good work my friend

  2. Bodyweight warm-up – squats, lunges, push-ups, jacks, planks, tbx -2 sets
of 8 exercises for 30 secs each etc -followed by the Stronglifts 5×5 (can
dl app) – then take the dog for a walk ! M,W & F – KB’s on days in btwn and
then .. walk the dog – its all about ‘doing it’ … regularly whether you
want to or not – put ya fav music on and once you do 1 rep, you have to
finish the lot – time flies when ya get groovin’ – Just do it……..

    1. +Rhees Blewett Stronglifts! That reminds me – I haven’t spoken to Mehdi
(the creator of Stronglifts) in quite some time. He’s a good friend. Great
guy. And a great, FOOL-PROOF training program 😉

    1. +kerek8275 I’m not familiar with it. But, if it makes you STRONGER, and
      doesn’t damage/injure you in the process – then, yup – that’ll work!
