    in though 

  2. This works. I have rarely ever workout my legs and my test was low since
    2012 and most likely prior. I had high prolactin also. Started doing squats
    and such for couple months now regularly, and my test as of October 21st
    2015 was 462ng/dl. 4 weeks prior it was 357 and 4 weeks prior 263… I will
    keep doing leg exercises and see where it puts my test. I was going to to
    start getting trt from endo prior to last two tests, but now on hold since
    nat levels are going up. These were not even measured on leg days w.
    Body will produce more ar cells thus increasing test response.
