    as well. remember u DONT have to buy all the items on the list, just focus
    on the ones that are the most powerful, and taste better for YOU, else
    it’ll be hard to make it a daily habit to eat those foods. i’ll break this
    topic into 4 series coming up soon where i break each phase into details
    (stop, block, destroy, remove) including the foods and some of the research
    behind them. dominate.

      its the insulin connection thing. Maybe its to do with simple carbs and
      how they spike insulin levels, vs more complex carbs, that increase the
      insulin slower. I dont know just speculating.

  4. done some good stuff this past month. gave up soda lol. anyways did he say
    alkalize the water? was just going to get a normal water filter but the alk
    ones are a bit more expensive.

    anyways guess i’ll start eating more broccoli and red grapes. little ranch
    and can live with those lol. :)

  5. I keeping hearing that flax seed is not good because it increases estrogen,
    kind of how at one time we were told how great soy was suppose to be. Who
    knows what we should eat, it’s just so confusing with all the conflicting
    information.

  6. Eat steaaak!,oyster’s,broccoli,Eggs,banana’s,Red Chilies,Have Sex,Get more
    sleep 8-10hrs in a cool dark room. Stay positive upbeat, stay away from
    processed food, limit or avoid alcohol and caffeine. and stay away from
    negative influences. And last but not least lift heavy weights!!!!!

  7. EASIEST WAY= take Diindolylmethane (whats in broccoli) id suggest any bulk
    powder site such as powder city.
