  2. I have nothing against Arnold, but he is not someone to worship. My Dad
    is 73 and worked as a postman all his life and he has not retired. He
    still makes his rounds delivering mail is Chicago. He started out as a
    Physical Fitness instructor. He never took steroids. He’s been married to
    my mom for 50 yrs. For all I know they’ve been faithful to one another.
    He looks fitter than 68 yo Arnold and he doesn’t drink protein shakes,
    creatine, or takes any “testosterone” building supplements. That is
    someone to emulate not steroid celebs.

      whole foods, im done buying all these damn supplements, been there and
      never going back. Keeping it simple and consistent and as natural as
      possible is key.

    1. Hand job yourself. I do, and people wonder why I’m so happy, stress-free,
      healthy, alert, and have such a positive outlook all the time. A “hot date”
      does not guarantee sex — nor does being married. Also, masturbation keeps
      your essential arteries (down there) from collapsing.

      PS: I do it almost daily (5 to 6 times weekly), and I’m 60. My doctor
      laughs at the high level of testosterone I have when he reviews my blood
      tests every time I have a physical examination with him; at least once a
      year. I tell him how I take care of that. He say, “Why DO I believe you?”

  7. I have studied nutrition extensively several years ago. In that study I was
    taught to never fast especially not in the mornings after awakening because
    fasting causes the body to go into starvation mode and thereafter when the
    fast is broken, it becomes more likely that food consumed will become body
    fat. For this reason, I was taught that one should never fast longer than
    about 90 minutes after first awakening in the day.
    Another consideration is Arachidonic Acid that is found in significant
    amounts in fatty red meats, eggs and from other sources. Our bodies produce
    AA and too much of it, according to the information I was given in my
    studies, is not healthy and in fact, far from being healthy. Because of my
    training, while I do eat eggs, I “approach” them with some degree of
    caution. I do not eat red meat at all and haven’t for many years.
    My training was several years ago so it is possible that there is new and
    different information based on current extensive research, I don’t know.

    1. that’s what the video said…science has been saying the opposite of the
      golden era advice, but Arnold knows it works so there is something to be
      said for real results and what science can prove.
      As for nutrition…moderation is key as with anything in life.
      My grandparents are well into their late 80’s and very healthy and mentally
      still together. They have been eating eggs and red meat their entire
      lives….

    1. We have early morning breakfast which is before sunrise before going into
      fasting, then we break the fast when it is sunset. FYI. Cheers

    Swaniger book. H does talk really good about eating in the morning. So what
    you guys are doing is using his name to sell you ideas. Shame on you.
    PS. in the vid the guy is big yes. Just think how big he will be if he eats
    right. LOL
