  5. I first thought I was going to get some BS from this video. But absolutley
    this is the best advice for muscle building. 8 hours a day or more is
    paramount if you want the full benefits of your workouts. Cant be said
    enough.

    1. I meant to say eight hours of sleep. Sleep is number one when it comes to
      recovery and replenishing your test. Food and nutrition should come next.
      But by far its rest.
      For example you could have the best nutrition in the world. But if you get
      only four hours of sleep a day. Your results will suffer.

  6. I was training hard for 2 hours bcz I read that I should push muscle to
    fatigue. Been sidetracked from gym (my Mom is dying from last stages of
    Alzheimer’s & I take care of her which is time consuming but an honor to
    give her what she’s given me all her life) but now I need something to help
    cope with my impending loss. Yet I have no strength, no drive to push
    weights, my thighs are always tired, I’m tired, caffeine addiction, junk
    diet (again time). What is best way to get started when I’m so damn tired?
    To get back to the drive I had doing 2 hours (I know u said short workouts)
    but it’s the energy the drive I lack. My morale is in the pisser. I really
    enjoyed the workouts. It’s getting back to “that place.”

    1. +TropicaIslandBreezes I lost a wife years ago. She was very fit, a gymnast,
      and a believer in finding that edge. As for me, finding the edge after that
      loss took awhile, and I suspect strongly the prayers of friends. I grew to
      really love and appreciate women (and I know that sounds cornball) after
      losing M and having an eight-month old daughter to raise. Were it not for
      many women friends, knowledgable and patient and more than willing to help
      out. Well, we’re it not for their love I’d’ve never learned to relax.
      Believe it or not, sleep and stress reduction and real relationships with
      solid and loving people, will enhance greatly all that which you might’ve
      been working too hard at. I liked what this fella said and have hope that
      God’s Grace, which cannot fail, will find you and open your heart to His
      strength and peace and love. It, love, is the strongest force, both
      restorative, nurturing and building. God Bless you, everything’ll workout
      in time. There is a season for everything under the Son.
