    1. +Salvatore Assaro Great to hear Sal. I suggest to start with 2 and work
      your way up to three. and start out with 2 or 3 reps until you can do 8.

  2. This is why i do sprints under 400 meters.. I don’t even do the 400 anymore
    because it’s too far … This is similiar to what i’ve been saying.. 400
    meters and over prohibits protein synthesis within the muscle fibers thus
    causing them to become weaker and weaker and smaller and smaller due to the
    stress.. there is no point to distance running.. I now do sprints under 100
    meters and my time in the 35 yard dash last year was 3.78 at 6’0 tall and
    232 lbs.. My time in the 35 in 2014 was 3.94 at 6’0 and 210lbs.. So not
    only did i gain 22lbs of overall weight since stopping doing the 400.. I
    got faster in the 35 yard dash … Which doesn’t really make sense.. But
    when you look at it from the point of distance running is unhealthy.. Then
    it makes sense.. Even the 400 was too far.. The 200 is too far.. Sprints
    under 100 meters are the best.. I do a 6 by 35 yard dash all out with 5
    mins in between.

    2. what about aerobic cardio, Can it improve that as well? I want to replace
      jogging with sprinting interverals.

    3. If you do it in intervals, 30 seconds on at full intensity and then a
      minute off, but not continuos

    1. Not sure if they are jogging but regardless, you can’t compare a human body
      to a 4 legged horse with regard to health.

    1. But after workout you want to stop Catabolism and foods like dates are the
      way to do it. Especially when you intermittent fasting

  3. I just walk 2km from my village through tiger-infested forest to get to my
    school in Punjab province.

    1. Is it bad to do 60 seconds full tilts 2 minutes of rest . . . or should I
      do it like you 30 seconds full tilt then a 1.5 minute rest b/c I have been
      doing it the former way not the latter . . usually for six cycles . . .

    2. 30 seconds full is best according to the research, then between 1.5 and 2
      min rest. When resting, if you are able to have a conversation at 1.5 you
      can hit it again.

    so we shouldn’t eat fruit AT ALL if we want to optomize hgh?? Can we eat
    low glycemic fruits , even though they contain fructose?
    and doesn’t avoiding fruit in a post workout meal hurt muscle growth? all
    trainers and nutritionists say you need to have an insulin spike after
    workout

    1. Avoid it after the workout and eat in small amounts anyhow throughout your
      day anyway but also to maximize HGH. You’re talking about carb loading and
      it depends how hard you’re working out. That’s for really intense workouts
      and I would not suggest after a workout unless you’re totally spent to get
      the HGH benefits.

    2. thank you, to make sure i understood you – you said small amounts of fruit
      actually help maximizing hgh? and i am not talking about carb loading, i am
      working out quite hard, i just know after weights (+ interval ) training
      ,everyone need a ratio of at least 1:2 between protein and carbs+ some of
      the carbs need to increase your insulin level fast (post workout). all
      bodybuilding sites say that. thats what i meant, are you saying isnt not
      true and will not hurt my muscle growth results?

    3. I have to say to check with your doctor. I would listen to my body and as I
      suggested I do in video and previous comment.

    1. If you need to try that to start, then yes, but you won’t get a great feel
      for this. Try it first, then if you didn’t hit it hard enough you can do
      your work out. Keep in mind the point is to exhaust your muscles, not hit
      the highest weight. Let me know what happens.

    2. No you should ALWAYS do weight training independently of any cardio work
      whatsoever b/c of something called: INTERFERENCE . . until recently I would
      do HIIT Cardio right after weight training but found out that that is not
      good for us to do so you can either rest after weight training & do it much
      later the same day or even better as I do now . . Cardio on a completely

    1. As far as I know that will give you what your body needs for the output
      your require, but not sure you really need it for that at that age. You’re
      producing a lot.

  5. Can I grow to 6 foot I’m 5″10 16 my mum 5 foot dad 5 foot 7 I’m Asian and
    can lifting weight help me do this

    1. I have no idea about that. As far as I know eating healthy and avoiding
      drugs, smoking, alcohol and such is your best bet.
