  3. Nothing you have stated is backed up with credible studies that show
    testosterone levels will have any significant increase in testosterone. If
    a person has low testosterone and is suffering from symptoms of low
    testosterone your advise will NOT help them to achieve normal testosterone
    levels. Your advice may make someone feel better, but they will need to go
    on TRT. Your advice also may help someone to raise their testosterone very
    slightly, but the slight increase will not be significant enough to have
    any effect.

  4. I was avidly following your vid until you got to DAA ! DAA is a dangerous
    supplement which can cause serious anxiety, depression and sleeplessness. I
    don’t believe you’re touting it as a ‘natural’ and safe supplement ! By the
    way, you forgot Selenium as a natural and SAFE testosterone boosting
    supplement.

  5. I am totally broke at 54 years old, losing hair, getting fat, tired all the
    time. I have tried various jobs, including being a Machinist, which takes a
    lot of study and skills, and gives good self esteem, I feel real masculine
    when I do this work, old school machinist, using mills, lathes, etc.. not
    the newer ones run by computers. Anyway, I always fail, and have been fired
    probably 40 times..since 1997 til now.. I just feel so beat down, I have
    tried real hard in life, I have also suffered from severe depression since
    I was a kid, finally went on anti-depresants when I was 48, and that makes
    me tired and cuts int my sex drive severely. It also messed up my
    metabolism a lot.. how can I get out of this mess, and start to live, I
    have never owned a house, do not have any kids, had shitty relationships
    with women since 1988, very off and on.. not much bedroom activity..seems
    the women that wanted me a lot, were not attractive to me, and most of the
    ones that are, are already with someone else..it is always something.. how
    to get out of this, and live for real?

  6. I used to be in real good shape, but was tired a lot.. had low thyroid, I
    am taking a thyroid supplement for about 10 years now. Even when I was in
    super good shape, I still failed at the job thing..had shitty jobs, took
    classes, to get better jobs, but it did not ever really get me there..what
    about long distance running? Why is sprinting better, I cant afford a gym,
    but i have dumbells at home, and a big tire.. how about a vegan diet, if it
    is done right? can you have real high energy and drive with a vegan diet? I
    have real high cholesterol, and have to take cholesterol lowering pills.

  7. can I run and do sprints now, I am about like 40 pounds over weight, fat
    belly, want to lose weight, not gain it. Man, i am kind of up against the
    wall right now..so broke it is not funny.
