    People focused on blood sugar levels instead of insulin levels.

    1. Yep Jason Fung is awesome. ABEL should try to get him. He has great videos
      on etiology of obesity. He’s a fan of fasting in many ways, such as caloric
      fasting, plant fasting, and meat fasting. All fasts impact sugar so he’s
      open to whatever works best. But he’s a big fan of fasting to improve
      health. The trick is to starve the body of sugar to limit insulin. Insulin
      he says is what causes type 2 diabetes.

      carb but high protein is ineffective.

    3. +wolfgangnz3 yep and ketogenic is 70 to 75% fat, 15 to 20% protein, and 5
      to 10% carbs. It’s moderate protein because protein in itself has carbs
      just not as much as starch by far. FAT HAS ZERO CARBS. To much.protein can
      also be hard on the kidneys. Carbohydrates are nonessential, while protein
      and fats are very essential.

      make sure you get enough of vitamin d, orgasms, lcarnitine and omega 3s.

    medical establishment doesn’t push that too much though. They want to keep
    the women under control. Or not have more testosterone then some of them
    do… Sara, will you do a video on increasing testosterone in women?
    Who even tracks these hormone levels? A family doctor won’t it, it’s too
    much tracking.

  4. The only way a certain vitamin or amino acid would actually raise your
    testosterone is if you were deficient in it, which means your diet is
    shitty.
