  2. Would I see a difference moving my test levels from the 400s ng/dl to
    around 7 or 800 ng/dl through TRT? Not necessarily on muscle gains but the
    other benefits. Mood, memory, etc.

    1. +David Jackson “Healthy” is a ludicrously vague term that means different
      things to almost everyone, so no, not really. “Meat-intensive” and
      “meat-free” are two examples of less-vague terms. We’re better off to the
      extent we *DON’T* describe diets using vague terms like ‘healthy’, ‘clean’
      and so on that are opaque and/or metaphoric without describing the food
      we’re eating.

    1. +Ebkallday Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It’s about using sounds
      for relaxation etc. You can even get pleasurable bodily sensations though
      some particular trigger sounds but it’s also possible to evoke any other
      types of feelings too. You can really go into some deep mental trips with
      ASMR.

    2. +THE E-Rich depends on what really gives you those tingles in your head or
      down your spine. For me, I find that I can’t get any tingles off of high
      pitched whispering. but mouth sounds like lip smacking and low
      monotone(like Jason does) will put me to sleep in less then fast minutes
      every time.

      ima jus keep havin to browse, i can get to sleep but if i wake up and its
      quiet i cant go back to sleep, so i do like 8hr sleep vids for now, maybe i
      should make a playlist to run all night. never hurts to experiment, aslong
      as it doesnt affect me negatively

  3. Jason, I’m certain u realized this, but those Indians fighting the bear
    cannot be natural, they are just too lean, and not even prepping for a
    show. Their muscles are too full and striated at the same time and their
    development is way better than a natural lifter. They must not have optimal
    test levels due to how lean they are

      teenage years, and did not allow me to become a successful rugby player,
      and enjoy my high test levels

      be going down lol . . . it just sounds so beta

      ones fat intake should be.. nor did you say how much of it should be mono
      and how much should be poly

      lifters fat intake should be lower than for nattys could you please
      elaborate on this? I know in a previous video you said .65-.75 per kilo but
      what about for us on dat cell tech

  6. So as a 25 year old with a total of 380 (bottom 5% for my age) who is
    eating a fairly solid diet, lifts weights, and has an athletic body
    composition, my only hope is TRT? That’s what I got out of this.

    Good to know, dispels a lot of the “boost your testosterone naturally”
    bullshit that people spew around.
