  1. I did NoFap, it works well with me. I’m able to go out and get laid, have
    more confidence and stronger wood. Do it and ya will get hunger for the
    real thing and ordinary women look a lot hotter after not watching it.

      are too horny. Its like saying dont eat food until you get really hungry
      and the food will taste better. its just common sense. It doesnt actually

      theres no scientific merit to it. Even if it does increase GH a small
      amount, it wouldnt be anything signicant. If anything not eating will hurt
      your gains. Its nonsensical and impractical to fast all day and then eat
      all your food at once.
