  1. @omarlondon My take on soy is that I just take minimal amounts of it. I add
    a little soy in my protein because it is cholesterol free, its lean, super
    high in aminos, and its lactose free. I say keep it to about 20-25% in your
    shake and the rest should either be whey, egg, or beef (if you’re okay with
    red meat). And by doing that you won’t lower your testosterone levels
    because the amount of soy in there is so low.

  9. Hey nice video! I used to play club rugby and was average build, i used to
    take protein shakes every second day and do weights at the gym every second
    day also. I was in a bad accident which caused the loss of nerve in my
    right arm, can no longer play rigby and can no long do proper weight
    lifting ( I can lift a one handed weight with my left hand ) but that’s
    prettty pointless and i was afraid i’d like end up with one skinny arm and
