    worries..boredom..problems..depression…extra maturity…change of
    goals..less time.. all contribute to most of those points too..it is best

      You are having sex is 20 (400). After 1 day of fap You should have – 25 % =
      15 (300) After 7 days of nofap and 2 years of nofap You should have +50 % =
      30 (600). It is only for ilustration. Take Your bloodtest if You want to
      know exact numbers. )

  3. I have two questions for you Doc Testosterone and i hope you can find time
    to answer them for me:

    1. I have soft belly but no fat on legs or arms or very little at least(i
    weigh 143 lbs 5’11”). What does this mean for hormone levels?

    2. How long can a man go without ejaculating(no orgasm, no sex, no
    masturbation) realistically without suffering for it?
