  1. Sup bud – yes it would work. Just keep in mind that there are many
    different types of Zn supplements – and each person’s body will absorb that
    supplement differently.. Taking Zn pills (normally 30-50 mg) per day should
    be fine if you’re not able to get enough Zn from your diet … To be sure –
    pay the $40-50 and get your Zn levels tested. Mine were awfully low before
    I began my journey …

    1. +Doc Testosterone Does the zinc supporting test levels and therefore libido
      too, have anything to do with why I was always horny when I used to be a
      galvanized sheet metal welder? We used to get fevers/sick sometimes from
      the zinc fumes that come off of burning galvanize dip. Im sure my average
      zinc levels were through the roof back then haha

      absorption rates are very very low with most Zinc supplements. I found Zinc
      Gluconate worked best for me, but natural sources are still the best, as
      you clearly indicate in your videos.

    not want to exceed the recommended amount.. After taking Brazil nuts for
    5-7 days, cycle off from them for a few days and then take for another 5-7

      commonly called (apologies for this) “niggertoes” in the USA. They’re large
      and black and shaped somewhat like the sections of an orange. They are
      commonly seen in the USA around the Christmas holidays.
      Again, apologies for use of the “N-word”. No hate or insult intended.

      Brazil nuts being radioactive. No this is not woo-woo, they actually will
      not let you take Brazil nuts in your lunch box if you work at a nuclear
      facility because it will trigger the safety alarms. Bananas are also mildly
      radioactive (much less so thank Brazil nuts), but like Brazil nuts are
      extremely healthy particularly in regards to getting the potassium balance
      right in your diet. Keep up the good work Doc, and don’t let the peanut
      gallery drag you down.

      negative effects. Also what about the mercury in salmon?

    4. Another strategy to combat the radioactivity is to take bentonite clay. The
      kind you want is food grade bentonite clay which is for internal use. It
      absorbs toxins from your body when you ingest it, including radioactivity
      from what I’ve read. Also I believe/assume it removes chemical and other
      estrogens that don’t need to be there.

    1. +Henk Spermatank No it doesn't. Wild salmon are actually one of the
      lowest mercury-containing fish. The high amounts of mercury are in the
      larger fish that live a lot longer. They have more time to consume and
      absorb the mercury, since its accumulative the larger older fish like
      albacore tuna and especially swordfish have mercury levels so high you can
      poison a small child feeding it to them 3 times a week. Salmon has hardly
      more mercury than a lot vegetables we eat.

  4. Eat steaaak!,oyster’s,broccoli,Eggs,banana’s,Red Chilies,Have Sex,Get more
    sleep 8-10hrs in a cool dark room. Stay positive upbeat, stay away from
    processed food, limit or avoid alcohol and caffeine. and stay away from
    negative influences. And last but not least lift heavy weights!!!!!

    1. I specifically said LIMIT or AVOID caffeine, too much caffeine stresses
      your adrenal system aka fight or flight response and causes you to stress
      and worry and therefore increases your cortisol levels into estrogen
      therefore decreases your testosterone production

  7. ANIMALS are pumped with estrogen and other fucked up chemicals ontop of
    this these animals a physically and mentally stressed wich makes them
    TOXIC. i have been on a plant based diet for 1.5 yrs and i was eating
    exactly what you advising but lets say i now im 31 and my sky rocket is
    like im 18 again overall health aslo leved up big time. im not saying go
    vegan but minimise your meat and get jacked 3d!

      animals and the planet, the only right way to live:)
