0:28 – The interesting thing is that “normal levels” of testosterone can range from 348ng/dl – 1197ng/dl. This means that some men can naturally produce 3x more testosterone and still be considered normal. If you are interested in fitness, you need to be on the high end of that range… and here’s HOW:

0:46 – Tip 1.) SLEEP! A lack of quality sleep can dramatically diminish the amount of testosterone your body produces, thereby reducing muscle growth and fat loss! Research has demonstrated that the amount of sleep you get is associated with morning testosterone levels. Researchers at the University of Chicago recorded the sleeping patterns of healthy men and found that participants' testosterone levels increased the longer they slept… I recommend 7-9 hours of sleep per night to optimize the testosterone response.

  1. I’m surprised he didn’t mention egg yolk. I eat 3-4 egg yolks a day. I also
    incorporate fish oil, and I always use olive oil when cooking.

    Start young guys. You don’t want to be in your 40s or 50s with health
    issues. I’ve known people who have had heart attacks as young as 38. Take
    care of your body.

  2. I can’t believe some of these comments below. Dang, ugh! Great advice and
    down to earth. Well done! I am doing all of these, some I need to tweak a
    bit and do better and I am. Appreciate the review on good information.

    1. sleeping too much is unhealthy because it can give you all kind of medical
      problems like diabetes, heart diseases and depression. However you ll wake
      up naturally after about 8 hours of sleep, unless you have some kind of
      sleeping disorder

    2. +Kone dib because you need time to take steroids. How the hell are you
      supposed to take them while you sleep?

    3. I can’t remember all the details but its been found that sleeping too much,
      past a certain age, actually leads to a shorter life span. I think once
      you’ve grown it’s no more than 9 or 10 hours or something.

    4. I sleep around 10 hours and I am the happiest human around. You Americans
      are too obsessed with what’s healthy and unhealthy

  3. Will testosterone make your jaw grow stronget or have a strong chin??
    Because most of the fitness guys have bigger jaws and chizzled chin.

      is to look at their boxy looking jaw
