    did of food and supplements, do you have to take them everyday or a couple
    times of week to get the benefits of them?

  2. what’s you recommendation on saturated fat intake, lets say, per day? i’m a
    little bit confused, as you’re stressing its a “good” type of fat for T
    production, but there’s a lot of research linking it to greater risk of
    heart disease (and others contradict that, it seems like a really messy
    topic. kinda like eggs).

    right now my diet includes dairy products, eggs and cocoa (which is mostly
    saturated as far as i know), olive oil (mostly monounsaturated), and fish
    (mostly polyunsaturated). i’m quite happy with this variety, but i’d like
    to optimize the ratios, in a way that it increases my T levels, but don’t
    kill me in the process on the long way. can’t really do anything with hight
    T if i’m dead :D

    1. take a look at the weston a price website. they have a ton of good info
      about this.
      also, make sure your dairy products are from raw milk (if you have access
      to it). pasteurization and homogenization turn milk into a dead toxic food.

  8. Surprised to not hear the mention of zinc especially in the oyster
    category. Zinc deficiency is much more common than medicos would like to
    admit because blood levels don’t reflect the tissue load. Much of prostate
    cancer is caused by low zinc.
