    1. +matt chase yeah man. it’s a very well known correlation in the medical
      world. same goes for the hormonal replacement therapies for women over 50
      and breast cancer. I doubt eating oysters could raise testosterone enough
      to raise chances of prostate cancer, but better stay far away from extreme
      means of boosting it (if it is already at a normal level, that is).
      I can find the explanation on why it happens if you like, I don’t really
      remember it as I studied it more than a year ago…

    2. No no, nothing like that. Simply a bunch of studies (in 2012 I think) that
      saw a 9% increased chance of prostate cancer in older men with higher level
      of testosterone. Testosterone is associated with a good prostate
      development, so it’s not too farfetched that too much testosterone could
      help develop cancer in that area. It does not seem to work that way for
      younger people, when testosterone is natually high. All I was trying to say
      is: Don’t play with your hormones level if they are normal, and check your
      prostate regularly if you do, especially as you get older and might want
      hormonal therapy replacement. For the rest, I encourage searching the web,
